National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Instituted by Board of Apprenticeship Training / Practical Training Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India Apprenticeship The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is Government of India sponsored training program aiming at providing skills to fresh graduates, diploma holders in engineering & technology and + 2 vocational pass out candidates. This is a one-year program where the selected candidates undergo both classroom (theory) and on the job-training (practical) training to learn new skills, which will facilitate the candidates to get suitable jobs in the areas of their interest. Solely the Apprentices Act 1961 governs the selected candidates. Many companies engages fresh graduates, diploma holders in engineering & technology from the following branches of engineering & technology Civil Engineering Computer Science

Ravindra Kumar Rao is a result-driven individual who has over 1.6 years of industrial experience spanning across Construction and Education domains. Over the years, he has conducted several counseling sessions with Children & Parents. Ravindra is a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from MITS, Madanapalle. He has undergone an internship program at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has been motivating individuals belonging from a diverse range of skill sets with varied professional and personal profiles.
Highly dedicated and result driven professional with experience in Sales and Business Development, aspiring a career in challenging positions by being part of a forward thinking organization.
Ravindra has taken his passion to the next step as Assistant Manager with ‘Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd.’, his own setup which allows him to cater to all types of students from different backgrounds and class groups (1st Standard to 12th Standard). I am a volunteer, social media manager, and public speaker currently living in Banaganapalli. My interests range from entrepreneurship to web development. I am also interested in volunteering, travel, and shopping.
