I am here to share a small topic about "Article on Motivation".

Let's discuss about it:-

For that we have to know about Three Major things:

1)N.Ach

2)N.Pow

3)N.Aff

Here the above three things are well known to us, but we are not aware of those are important for our growth of life.

• N.Ach means  "Need of Achievement"
• N.Pow means "Need of Power"
• N.Aff means   "Need of Affiliation".

Now-a-days, All are knowing the things through mobiles, Internet by sitting at one place. But we are not Participating to do things different. We are all watching news/winner performance's but we are not encouraging those who want to participate in such performance's or even we are not taking intiation through seeing such acts to do like so....but just thinking if we are in such position how it looks...?

So, first we have to take initiation and self-motivate us , and do the things differently. ("Think Out Of The Box") Then Practice it, if failure comes to your path, don't leave it...Think wisely why you have started it, so. Like wise do that until you attain your success. It's the Need of Achievement.

Then Automatically Need of Power attains/comes to you.

After it Need of Affiliation which means "All of the People/World will Recognize You"-IDENTIFICATION
