Wear your attitude-Civil MITS

Wear your attitude-Civil MITS

“Hello and good evening friends. Motivational speech is a very broad term and used in wrong context multiple times, by many of us. I admire the work ethic and focus that it takes to get to this point in our college placement careers by the T & P team (rather than our civil department). You might not realize it now, So the thing is, although I still have high hopes and aspirations, about our placements. I request you all, please make a habit of coming to college in time, regularly with good attire which represents a professional student decency. As well as it makes sense to deserve and ask about placements when all of us are coming with professional way. Don't think of why should we bother rather than other departments. We have to be in a position, in which T&P cell understands that Civilians deserve the placement and opportunity.

"Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself." — John Dewey
As you begin a busy college year, it helps to clarify your priorities. Classwork and learning are time consuming, but making your education and coursework a priority creates a valuable habit that will continue to serve you well in your professional life.
Just as before, we blamed everyone around us, and for all the same reasons as before.

Consider the following suggestions and implement them:

1)Make it personal-Commitment
2)Career Choices-you the one responsible of your own future.
3)Don't Prejudge.-Not to judge a person instantaneously.

Wear your attitude

We may not be responsible for how others read us. But appearances do matter.

Maybe this is just the stuff of modern recruitment/college placement dress_code, but it points to something important. Dressing carefully for a profession says something about how we regard the job, and how seriously we take the interaction itself. So, there’s something to be said for the visible attitude one should wear to class, or to work. Being on time, sitting up straight (or at least not lounging), visibly paying attention to others when they are speaking, putting your cellphone away or face down, having a notebook and pen handy… these are the some of the ways in which an attitude of interest is displayed. And believe me, an attitude of interest can be infectious.

You are what you DRESS: Clothing has a significant effect on self-esteem and confidence, claims expert

'We know our clothes affect other people's impressions of us,'
"Things don't have to change the world to be important." – Steve Jobs
Though it might not change the world that you've completed a major paper or project, it's important to you and your education. Indeed, you're laying the groundwork to effectively apply what you've learned in your program to a future position––and that can make a difference. Continuing to make your education a priority as you head into a busy season isn't easy, but each action you take toward your degree is important––and integral––to earning it.
‘all talk, no walk’ people out there.
Everybody needs a little motivation sometimes so share these around and take ACTION! In your life right now, execute that plan you have been talking about all week. It’s never too late to make it happen!

TCS Code-Vita Round 1 Challenge: Questions-2017 (The Great Pile Up, what is your rank, Almost Isosceles Right Triangles, Counting the Rational Numbers, Counting the Rational Numbers, Special Triangles)

TCS Code-Vita Round 1 Problem : The Great Pile Up There are several piles of cards on the table arranged from left to right. All of them do not contain the same number of cards. As the boss insists on symmetry, Ramu is asked to merge the minimum number of adjacent piles so that if a list of the number of cards in each pile is given in left to right order, the list reads the same whether it is read in the left to right order or the right to left order. For example, if the piles of cards initially were 1 2 2 5 1 3 1 1, there can be three merges (2,2), (5,1) and (3,1) to give 1 4 6 4 1. Note that merging 3 numbers, say (1,2,2) is counted as 2 merges, one between (1 2) and the next between the resulting 3 and the next two. Hence another solution (1,2,2) (5,1) (3,1,1) resulting in 5 6 5 takes 2 + 2 + 1 or 5 merges, and is not minimal. Another (trivial) solution is to merge all the piles to give 16. This may be the only solution in some cases, and shows that all initial sets...
